Heyo.

Minus a bit of a hiccup that interrupted (conveniently) between the main lecture and the Q&A, my walk cycle lecture went pretty well.

Assignment: Make a side-view walk cycle in place! Try for a basic one first, then try for something fancy like a run or a skip or a sneak. Remember to include the basic foot poses (contact, pass, etc) as well as secondary motion in the body, head, arms, and (possibly) other dongly bits.

Assignment due two weeks from today, Sunday the 19th of July!

So, I came back from the cinema with a rather nice surprise in my inbox... I made it into Artists at the Ready!

I am of course incredibly excited, and only now have started to absorb the level of competition that's about to take place. Honestly, between this tournie, Dacademy activities, and senior thesis work... I will be doing art almost all of my waking day.

And I'm absolutely thrilled.
